Everyone? Why are so many of the worst questions phrased in all or nothing terms? Could it be because absolutists are asking them?

If you're referring to everyone as in the Middle-East, then there are two significant reasons; one, Israel was created by taking Palestinians and moving them out of there homes. This would obviously create some animosity. Secondly, and this may be speculation, but the united Arab forces that have *so* often tried to destroy Israel have always failed. The 1949 Arab-Israel war, the 1967 Six Day's War, the Yom Kippur war- there are more at that. In each one, Israel has decisively defeated it's opponents. It makes Arab leaders look bad after all the propaganda they spew about destroying the country. Also, when your brother or father dies by an Israeli bullet, you just hate them that much more.

On a more global scale, racism and anti-Semite feelings greatly contribute to "everyone" hating Israel. This also applies to the aforementioned group.

How many people have you chosen as friends that feel superior to everyone else? I suppose when you honestly believe you are the "Chosen People of God" it is hard to be humble. Have you noticed that through out history the Jewish people have never really assimilated with the citizens of the area where they are residing.? They always maintain a degree of isolation. I do not think Israel is really interested in being a "Good World Neighbor" to anyone not even the U.S.A. In my opinion if they had there way they would choose to be an isolated nation that answered to no one or associated with no one. Maybe if Israel would try and be more compassionate and tolerant towards others, others would be more compassionate and tolerant towards them. The thing that concerns me most is perhaps Israel has done too little too late and regardless of what they may do now it will never be enough for some people of the world.

Everyone does not hate Israel. I will hate them though if there is a military draft in this country for the purpose of fighting in the middle east. At that point I would see Israel as viewing our sons as disposable tools to use to meet their needs.

I am surprised that there is not more public comment on how Israel was established. Of course there will be hatred. It doesn't matter that the land they call Israel was previously undeveloped. It doesn't matter how much it was improved. Unless someone can inform me differently, I can only deem that it was taken by force. Those who took the land said "Ok, we're here now so you might as well get used to it."

The talk about Jews killing Jesus is the most ignorant pile of stupidity that I have ever heard. I won't honor that subject with further discourse on the matter.

I do not wish harm to Israel or to any of their neighbors. I think though that the United States should communicate to the Arab world-CLEARLY; that we are sorry for the parts that we have played in their part of the world that have opressed their people.

Then we should get the hell out of the middle east. Will it compromise our energy position? I don't know. I think it might improve it. In any case, it is the right thing to do. I do not know what will happen to Israel if we do that. I do care what happens to them. I also though care about what happens to their neighbors.

If there is to be interference in soverien nations, anywhere in the world. It should be done through the United Nations.

Our President is not a bad man, but his positions are illogical. His strategy is creating 100s of years worth of terrorists for our children to encounter.

These people from the middle east invented the mathematics that are the very foundation for all subsequent technical achievement. Does anyone think them dull or stupid? They are brilliant and as an enemy; cunning. They can only be stopped with a reasonable methodology. That methodology is to stop meddling in their affairs.

A group of reasonably intelligent people, with the intent to hurt a lot of people, are going to be able to do it. These people have defeated a gigantic U.S warship with a tiny speedboat. Our soldiers are willing to take a chance that they will die, theirs are simply willing to die.

We can't prevent illegal immigration accross our Mexico border. Illegal aliens are pouring over it. I know some of them. I have a good friend who is an illegal Guatemalan. If we can't prevent them from coming in like a flood, do you really think we can prevent middle-easterners from enterning our land, and then hurting us in horrible, devestating ways, that destroy lives and families for generations or forever?

After we get out of the middle east though, if anyone so much as lays their finger on one American, then I think we should level that person and everthing within a 100 yard radius of them.

Many people despise Israel for countless stated reasons, and yet the greatest reason for their loathing of Israel is the one seldom mentioned – that of anti-Semitism.

Yes many may speak of disproportionate responses Israel has divvied out to terrorist states, but even a cursory examination of these acts of retaliation demonstrates that they have been more than merciful, and have shown a surprising amount of restraint in relation to the way they were treated. Many speak of their occupation of land, that they supposedly have no legal title to, but they ignore history, which shows that prior to the Jewish state, none of the Islamic nations considered that small strip of land to be of any great significance. They did nothing to cultivate it, enrich it, or make it a profitable and comfortable place to live. When the Jews established the state of Israel they made considerable strides in improving the area, thus making it flourish well beyond their backward Islamic neighbors’ wildest dreams. Moreover every overture towards peace, made by Israel’s adversaries, resulted in Israel conceding more and more land to people who merely used it as a staging ground to launch attacks at Israel.

With all this said, the geopolitical and pseudo religious rationale for the disparagement of Israel is ultimately groundless. The only explanation for all this hatred towards Israel is that the world has never fully gotten over the anti-Semitism that has plagued the world since before Christ. Its sad that people erect political and territorial smoke screens to mask their blatant hatred and jealousy for the Jewish people, who despite being the whipping boy of humanity throughout history, has risen above these poor excuses for human beings to be successful. Israel is a beacon of hope in a part of the world where hope is a scarce commodity.

Largely bigotry against the Jews, which has never ended. But some Jews seem to think differently from others. Midwestern American Jews don't seem to care much for Israelis or for east coast Jews, particularly those from New York, New Jersey and Florida. They say that both are rude and arrogant. However, Midwestern Jews seem to like west coast Jews, including those from Hollywood. Does that seem much different from the way that people of other races and ethnicities think?

~Given that Isreal didn't exist until the Arabs and Palestinians were evicted without compensation from their homes and their eternal enemy was plopped down in the middle of them and held up by western military and economic support, is it any wonder Isreal was not received with open arms by her new neighbors. As to sentiment about the Jews, that goes back milenia and the bigotry has been extant from the Egyptians through the Vatican to the Nazis. Ignorance and religion will ensure the situation doesn't soon change.
Don't ask foolish questions. Learn to read. And to think and reason. If enough people did, maybe, just maybe, folks might get along a little better.

It's just not Israel, but India too. It's a point of misdirection by the clerics to show they can't do anything for the people. Every political system uses misdirection, just look at the Commie bashing that was done during the cold war by both Republicans and Democrats.

I am not a racist so dont report me. this is just simple historicle facts.
the jews have been the scurge of the world for thousands of years.
they killed Christ and it was on from there.
From what i understand one of the original books of the Bible that was ordered removed by King James because he didnt like them (hence the king james version) actually spoke of God ordering the Destruction of the Jews.
Now when we took the worlds most holy land from 2 religions (christianity, and islam) and kicked everybody out and gave it to the jews back in the 1950's they didnt make many friends then either.

Coz, they are really, really, really greedy. None of all countries meant for any religion, except Israel that is meant for Jewish religion only. So, after they took Palestineans' land, they keep claiming that they are the only people who deserve to live, how could peace come in de Middle East?
