happens sometimes when i take a shower too, i just get all weak in the knees feelin and feel really drained, goes away after a little while but kinda creeps me out,anyone know what could cause this, is it normal?

Yes. Too much heat for a considerable length of time is enervating. That's why when you go to a spa, they limit the amount of time you spend in the hot tub or the sauna. Shorten your time in the hot tub, or turn the water temperature down, and you won't experience this feeling.

Heat dialates the blood vessels causing a drop in blood pressure. The weak and drained feeling is normal when you experience a drop in pressure. Try cooler water or less time exposed to high temps.

Hello ,, it happens to me as well.. especially in my shower where the bathroom is just off the main bedroom and the only ventilation is a very small window,, you dont say your age but I know for myself personally that steam like that always causes heart palpitations from my heart murmer i suppose. i dont think you have any reason to panic, but stay shorter periods in your hot tub and get adequate ventilation into the room where you are showering. I am not saying that you have heart murmer and Im not saying you have any reason to worry.. ;-)
