is not supposed to happen as that is a solid bone. Does this really mean that I broke or fractured this bone before? Doesn't really matter now but just curious.

I did have some guy crack my back before from behind me and I thought he broke something and was in pain for a long time. Maybe this caused the fracture.

When I lift my arms above my head to get a good stretch, my chest will pop too. I do not know what it is, but I wish I did. I've always wondered about it though. Please let me know what u find out.

go to a doctor and they can do an xray or something, that's the only way to really tell. but till then be careful not to hurt yourself more. good luck.
