Well, it's kinda like this, I had teeth problems, bad ones. It cost me girl rejections, bulls and bad jokes. Well this year I'm gonna change and I started with my bad teeth. Now all I need is new gear. But I have I problem! I have this crush a girl. Some people said I'm cute now and maybe I should give it a chance. But I need tips! Help!!!!!!

Don't act desperate. And don't kiss up or act too nice or too polite because, ironically, being TOO nice at first comes across as fake and manipulative (notice that I did NOT say act rude -- just act around a girl the same way that you would act with your guy friends).
When you talk to a girl, act interested in her if you are, but also act as if it is no big deal if she rejects you, because you know that someone else will have you if she doesn't. Self-confidence is sexy; neediness is not.

When going on a date have a plan as of what to do. But be flexible about it.
I hate it when we go out and I ask what are we going to do he says "whatever you like, doesn't matter". This is boring.
However, if she wants something in particular, take that into consideration. You might even change your plan.
You say you took care of teeth problem. Good for you. Is your hair in good shape? Washed and clean, and somewhat styled?

The biggest problem I see is that you seem to be concentrating on just one girl. You have to put lots of "feelers" out there, get lots of lines out in the water and see which ones bite. If you find yourself having to put lots of effort into a girl then she probably isn't into you. If a girl is interested in you it really takes very little effort. Most girls like to be chased, pursued, flirted with, etc....but that doesn't mean they like the guy showing all the attention.

I find it a good way to start out by being honest. Go straight up to her and tell her you have a crush on her and would she like to go out sometime. A lot of times people would be very flattered and the self-confidence you'd show would be a good thing to have everyone seeing.
A lot of dating and stuff like that is beign self confident, acting like you're totally into your date (when you are of course) and being honest. Don't tell her a lie like you have to go see your sister in Brazil when in reality she turned out to be somebody you didn't like or something silly like that. In a relationship it's good to stay honest.
So go up there, tell her you're into her. And definitely smile :)

The biggest thing you can do to help you out is DONT BE DESPERATE!! If you show that you "Really need a girlfriend and fast" it's a major turn off. Keep it real man and wait for the perfect time.

Alright, first of all you have to relax and calm yourself then ask the girl out. second step you've got to listing to the girl and don't talk too much. try asking her about her life or her plans in the future, or even if she had problems in her life. try to give her more attention and let her feel that she can trust you.
