I wouldn't say it right now if you've only been together for a while. Wait and see if this feeling grows and then when you feel like you're both feeling great about the relationship just let him know. Some guys are weird about stuff like that but others don't see it as a big deal, depends on him.

I wouldnt say anything just yet...maybe find out how he feels about the subject of love and all. You've known him for a while but it could still just be enfatuation and all...if your feeling doesnt go away in three weeks or more then you should tell him...act shy about it just this little hushed voice while talking with him. Just him! Then see if he says it back!

I had a gf that told me that, for me, too early. It did scare me, but it didn't scare me away.
we'll after 2 1/2 years she broke up with me. I didn't understand that and I was heart broken..
I went on with my life and after a marriage of 20+ years and a divorce, we met again - her from half way across the US visiting someone after her divorce!!
we got back together
didn't work tho she left again...
I wasn't heart broken this time, she was just like my ex-wife whom had grown so far away from me that I didn't want to be around her since divorce...
So, I believe, don't worry about scaring him away if you have know him a couple of years 'and been friends'
however slower is better than sooner, I believe.
may your choice result in better luck for you than mind did for me!

You're in the euphoric first stages of a relationship. Sometimes it's love at first sight and lasts FOREVER, but sometimes it isn't. So I would wait. It's possible the infatuation will fade, or he may not feel the same. Wait until you're more assured of where you both stand with each other.

How can one know in just a few short weeks that you love someone? I suppose it's possible but rare.
Why not say: "I think I may be falling in love with you"? If that scares him, then your relationship is already in trouble.

well when you are very sure that you are in love with him and feel ready and comfortable telling him then just tell him how you feel about him and dont feel scared because he prolly feels the same way about you and is just too scared or nervous to tell you. good luck!

start asking him things like how he feels about u and where dus he think this relationship is going. if it sounds like he feels the same way, then u can tell him. if not, then try to wait becuz if its just the beginning of the relationship, the it might just be a feeling that can wear off. so try to wait it out and see.

Well first of all take things slow! If u are recently dating him, then u will scare him by telling him you love him....chillax and wait for the right moment, maybe he will say it before you if u think he feels the same!

"Do you want me to tell you something really subversive? Love is everything it's cracked up to be. That's why people are so cynical about it. It really is worth fighting for, being brave for, risking everything for. And the trouble is, if you don't risk anything, you risk even more."
If you love him ...tell him so. God forbid! But, what if you were not here tomorrow or if he were not here tomorrow, you've not told him how you feel. What a waste.

Give it time. Keep silent about it and play it out. Maybe he'll up and admit it. Have fun with it. Don't make it too obvious though keep him guessing. Men do like a challenge. Once he's convinced he's won your heart let him know it. Go for it babe.
