Whoa there... whoa... 4 cups?!? That is WAY too much caffeine! Cut down. Everything in moderation.
Green tea is an herbal. These herbals are not regulated as heavily as food items. The tea makers love this. They love the fact that they can put some seriously addictive amounts of caffeine into their products, and the FDA won't say anything about it.
Cut it out. The human body is not designed to process that much caffeine.

Are you eating too? You may need to be eating close to when you drink the tea to have something in your stomach.

No its calming for me..I drink it with unsweetend soy milk. Hot..alot better then coffee cut back a lil bit and see if that helps
