First of all I really have to question whether or not the rapist is a true christian, because honestly a true christian would have some serious problems with raping someone. But in theory if the aethist never asked for the forgiveness of her sins then yes she would end up in hell.
God doesnt really differentiate between the severity of sin, because all sin seperates from God. Hence the lie that she told when she was 16 about not sneaking out to go to a party, would essentially damn her in God's eyes. As humans we see varying degrees of sin because some affect us more dramatically than others, but if we were to look at it from a different perspective, regardless of our preconcieved notions on the severity of the sin, we would see that the sin seperates. Christ's blood, being the only thing that makes it possible for that sin to be ignored, is a gift that knows no bounds, it forgives both the rapist and the thief, the murderer and the liar. While as humans we might disagree with this principle because of our own notions of justice, it is still the way that God works.
So yes they would see each other in heaven, but since Christ points out that there will be no marriage in heaven, I have to question whether or not we will even recognize each other in heaven, regardless of our relationships with each other.

don't know if he'll go to heaven or not; for sure he has to be saved and then born again but I can tell you that the only unforgivable sin is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. Matthew 12:31
if the rape victim has gone to heaven then the victim had forgiven all and will truly love the rapist! Hard to imagine? That's real Christianity for ya! Thank God for Jesus!!!

Yes, if the rapist repents, is born again, accepts Jesus Christ as his Savior, then his sins are forgiven. Sin is Sin, there are no OK sins and really, really bad sins. If you sin your entire life and on your death bed you repent ,then you are saved and go to heaven. The victim being an atheist has nothing to do with it, since they do not believe in God or Hell. ( as you can't have one without the other) If the victim is Christian and goes to heaven she will then posses a forgiving heart .
If you are the victim, please get counseling. Holding resentments and hatred is very bad for the soul.

Are you looking for excuses to rape athiests?
Anyway.....
If the rapist truly repents then he will be forgiven and can go to heaven.
As far as the athiest, it all depends. As the sayings go. There's no athiests in foxholes. There's no athiests in hell.
You may spend a great deal of your life not believing in God, but I guarantee on your death bed you at least give it some thought.

I notice that most of the Christian answerers do not have the balls to clearly state what their beliefs dictate will happen. The rapist will be rewarded with everlasting life in heaven, and the victim will burn in horrible torment for all eternity.
Ah... what else should we expect, from a just and merciful god.
"When one person suffers from a delusion, it is called insanity. When many people suffer from a delusion it is called Religion." ~ Robert M. Pirsig

If you don't forgive, God won't forgive you.
If the rapist ask God for forgiveness with sincerity in his heart, God would forgive him, but when Judgment comes, the rapist will feel all the pain he cause her, as if it was happening to him, you will feel your sins, the pain.
Once all the forgiving, and judgment is over, you will not remember pain, sins that were done to you, the forgiving in Heaven is different than earth, if you forgive on earth, you still remember, in Heaven you don't.

No, the rapist wont go to heaven because he has to be forgiven by his victim first and then only will God forgive him. Until the victim forgives him, he will be punished by God.
This is according to Islam.

According to the traditional Christian theology, only those that God elects for salvation will make it to Heaven. Those that God elects are infused with Grace, and become "good trees," and "good trees bear good fruit." This could be interpreted that a Christian who is going to Heaven would no rape anyone.
Personally, I don't think it matters what religion a person is, it's how they behave and what's in their hearts that matter.

Anyone can repent and be saved, and whatever they did before is not held against them in heaven. There is only one sin that is unforgivable and that
is blaspheming the holy Ghost. If the person getting raped turns to Jesus he or she can get saved and healed. Healing is for the mind and body, so there is hope for victims of terrible crimes with Jesus.
