How dark is too dark?

Question

I'm a litte lighter than Naomi Campbell.I just want to know if I'm considered too dark .

I need honest answers.
I know there are some super sweet people out there who think all colors are beautiful.
But, I need some not so super sweet answers.
I'm thinking of lighting my skin tone,this is a big change in my apperance, so I'll need real answers.

I'm not being a super sweet person, and I know that you asked to not receive these types of answers, but don't change anything about your skin. Everybody wants what they can't have. You see women of all colors...wishing they had otherwise. Girls in my middle eastern community would trade in their beautiful olive skin for a pasty complexion anyday. And women with beautiful porcelain skin will easily add years to their age by exposing it to the sun, just to get a slight tan.

And are you kidding? Naomi Campbell is one of the most well-known and adored super models in the world!! She has gorgeous dark chocolate skin...yours is a bit lighter, and you think that's too dark? Love yourself, girl!!

Don't alter your skin tone - you are who you are!!!

The skin tone isn't all that important. For me, skin color and hair color are sort of 1 point on a 200 point scale. It's not so much the body you're given as much as what you do with it. Sure I'm probably initially attracted more to fair-skinned blond-haired blue-eyed women, all else being equal, but if the woman makes the first move that's irrelevent, because she's already making me talk to her. If you want to be more attractive, just make sure you take care of your body and exercise (if you're not already). To me an athletic girl is a sexy girl. And she'll have a lot more stamina for the loving, too.

If I met somebody who I clicked with amazingly, where we seemed to be able to finish eachothers sentences, had amazing times together whatever we did, and who was beautiful and sensual -- if she happened to have jet black skin and was from Ghana, it really wouldn't matter.

There is no actually fair or dark in ash`s terms as long as there is goodness in your heart &speaking of naomi cambell even though she is dark she is also very beautiful and good looking so my opinion is that even though u think u r dark just be who u r one cannot say may be so many people may be attracted towards you.

too dark is not a bad thing. Every shade has its beauty. I know it is not what you want to hear but I dont think you should change your colour. I bet anything that you are attractive.

It's hard to tell without a picture. It all depends on the girl. I've seen women that are charcoal black, but beautiful. I dont think there is a such thing as "too" dark.

ok baby girl, listen to me love your self just the way you are because you know what if you think ur too dark and you cant get nobody because they said ur too dark,you dont need that person because a person should accept u for who u are because god created u and he loves u just the way u are.
