that's my theory...is it true?and are women more choosy because they have to be careful what genes her child will inherit?It's gotta be true Men dont care what they sh*g cos they aint stuck with no kid.what do you think?

Well to answer your first question women do want just as much sex as men do. Some women aren't choosy at all. They will lay up with anything they come across.

They don't want it as much, so control is not the issue. Almost all women will trigger a man's urges. Only certain men will trigger a woman's. But yes, in the end, it's the desire for viable children versus the desire to shoot the moon that makes the difference.

The trouble is men TALK about sex more often than they actually do it. Even if they're off like rabbits in their youth because of their testosterone rush, it's not long before they forget what it's for. Women improve with their years, men merely continue to think/talk about it.

The average young man thinks about sex once ever 6-12 seconds. The average young woman thinks about sex once every 60-90 MINUTES.
In addition, our culture tells men to be sexually agressive and women to be cautious and choosy. It's hypocritical, but true.

i actually DO care what genes my child will inherit.
so yeah, the choosy theory is 100% right (for me).
but i don't think i want sex as much as most men...more cuddling, kissing, and romantic stuff. lol.

Women want is more. They are just not as vocal about to every Tom, and Harry Dick. My wife wants sex way more than me. Obviously we are married so we talk about it, but women are the real freaks. If most men played their cards right, they'd get laid more often.

i think sometimes it's true. some women are very picky when it comes to choosing who to have sex with. in a way, you can say they are very picky but on the other they are being smart. women shouldn't be having sex with every guy in the whole world right? (they would be considered as sluts/whores!) since they're very picky about who to have sex with then that means they have a lower chance of catching STDs.

I think women think about sex and want it just as bad if not more then men.... but we have more self control. we are able to function with out it controlling the actions we take on a day to day basis.... and men think that's it's all the same when you turn out the lights...most women need to be slightly attracted to the guy to sleep with him.

From everything I have ever read about the evolution of our sexual behavior, you are right on the money.
In a relationship is another matter all together. Many women I know have much higher sex drive then their husbands.

Well, it depends on the woman. Some have more of a drive than others. And it is true that women have more control. Men are more careless usually.
