You should know after just a few months if you are compatible or not. I do think it's a good idea to live together first as opposed to getting married and then moving in together. That way you find out if you're compatible beforehand. Good luck and God Bless!

I would say about a year after moving in and at least a year of dating before moving in.

From my own experience, try two years. In every relationship that I have been in and/or my friends have been in, people seem to hit the 2 year mark and then things start changing. Maybe for the better but maybe for the worse.

At least a year. That way you will get to see each others good and bad habits. Then you can decide if the pros weigh out the cons.
