You won't NEED many accessories. If you want to do panorama photos, you'll want a tripod. And a camera bag. To tell the truth, I wouldn't recommend buying anything but a camera bag until you definitely feel the need for something that you just cant get a particular photo without.

A camera case or bag will help protect it. An extra memory card (256 MB is good) is almost essential if you will be traveling with the camera. And a second battery (Li-Ion) or set of batteries (NiMH) is very helpful.
Less important, but nice, are a USB memory card reader, and good photo editing software (Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, or I use PhotoImpact).

get an extra battery, a case, tripod, tape head cleaner!!!
Dont be too concerned about the 200x digital zoom crap. Go for the optical zoom. The digital zoom doesn't actually zoom in but enlarges the images.

Only a memory card... Usually the Digicam comes with a card with very little memory just so you can try it out...
Look for higher Optical Zoom instead of looking for megapixels

All that you really need is a case, rechargable batteries (if it doesn't come with one), a battery charger, and a memory card.
