No, ice cream doesn't have plastic in it. Ice cream is usually based of milk, sugar, and flavoring. Check the label on the back of the next carton of ice cream you eat from next time.

One way to find out! pick up a carton and look under ingredients, if you can't pronounce it then don't buy it. Buy one that only has ingredients that you know what they are.

I heard it was seaweed, thats what keeps the product from separating... they also use it in chocolate milk
