I do not think it is fair to say they all hate each other. As a Christian I do not hate Jews or Muslims. I think they are wrong in their religious beliefs and they think the same of Christianity.
A lot of societies have hated Jews as a group. Usually as a means of deflecting attention from their own shortcomings. Jewish reclusiveness that draws them as a society in on themselves does not help here.
Christians were oppressed harshly by Jews in the early days. More Christians were killed by Jews than by the Romans. Christians returned the favor when they became the dominate group.
Muslims take the separation of the world into God's people and infedels very seriously. Some even to the point of hatred. Hatred for the Muslim starts as early as the Muslmi invasion of the Holy Land which in turn sparked the bloodfest we call the Crusades.
A lot of history there between the three Abrahamic religions. But I see a lot of hope for the future. There is a lot more tolerance between Jews and Christians than 50 years ago. Muslims still have a problem with the more radical members of their religion, but I hope that they can clean house and change that.

They dont hate each other.
They are drawn together by the Jesus link that they all pretend about, with one saying he never came, the other two saying he came and will come again, when all they do is lie about Christ.
The Christian Arabs say Jesus is the Son of Allah and is Allah in a Three-Gods system, and they have the Muslim Arab regarding them as Brothers and as monotheistic when Quran condemns Christian belief as blasphemy.
Your dearly beloved "Jews" deny the Christians and the Muslims their belief and disown both Jesus and Christ and say they await the first coming, which the Christians and Muslims say will be the second coming.
But there is difficulty with the Christians' and Muslims' sayings because the Muslims say Christ was not crucified but he went through the roof, straight up to Heaven, alive and well, while Christians say he was crucified, dead and buried and rose again some very doubtful three days later, so the second coming is a joke to the Jews since the Christians and the Arab Muslims have made Christ into a Jesus that your "Jews" wont accept.
You say they hate each other but that is still left to be seen since they all hold on to a Christ who came and went and never came and who must be very upset at the arguments about him.

First of all how wouldent their be Muslims if their wernt Jews. And if u talk to most Arab/Muslim Americans, especially the younger ones they would say they hate Jews [I know I did] But as I became for educated in the true conflict of the Middle East. It is 100% fault of the Jews. But, the Jews are being used by the Zionist to get sympathy for something that makes no sence to even cry about today. But as i sit here today I dont hate Christains, Jews or my fellow Muslims. Who I dislike are those who use religions of Abraham to do all the bad things they do today. For all Jews god does not give land to people he has no need to make promises to other's. Also, you guys say your "missia" will come to give you all salvation. Insteed of waiting for that try finding it in your hearts. And make peace. I know if i were the missconcepted son of god I would not bring a people with such a disgusting history to salvation or peace till they show the deserve it. And i hate cristians on the news that always say "Kids need God" the next person says "Yes the need Jesus our lord" that made me sick. And the word Islamo facism is really killing me. They use Islamic states and terroest in the same sentence over and over to brainwash their ignorent 15 and youger kids. I'm only 14 and i can barley stand living in a supposed free country. Were every were you see crosses in public places ie.world trade center ground zero. So their is no hate between the religion its self its people like Zionist, Al'Qudia and The pope in the crusades(yes that was long ago) so instead of the pope the western governments and media. They are declaring a war on Islam themselves when they use terms like Islamo Facists and Islamic terror states. Thats all if u wana talk my email is sabei_king@yahoo.com thanks

There's countless theories: some are more reasonable than others, some are groundless and most are trash.
Muslims, Jews and Christians hate each other for the same reason that Sunni and Shia Muslims hate each other; for the same reason that China and the Tibet hate each other; the same reason that Serbs and Albanians hate each other; no less because of the reason why Turkish and Greeks hate each other as well...
We can go on and on with this... Hate is human. Sometimes we can't even stand our neighbours (sometimes we don't care talking to them, or saying hi)... We are human, and we are animals. We mark our territory, we defend our food. Everybody hates everybody! Seriously, what's so special about the Middle East? There's hatred everywhere you look around: East Timor, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Central America, Los Angeles' Streets, the slumps of Sao Paolo, the suburbs of London... Cars are burning and bombs exploding in Lebanon as well as in Paris' Clichy-sous-Bois...

I'm christian and I don't hate anyone because of their religion. I do hate child molesters, serial killers and terrorists, and it doesn't matter what race or religion they are, but I'm not even suppose to hate them. It's a flaw, I'm dealing with it.
I never understood why so many people hate Jews. Jesus, and all this disciples were Jews, so its just ignorant. To hate an entire race for doing what had to be done in order to bring us salvation is absurd. If there was no crucifiction, there would be no salvation, right?

Well from my point of view that's very narrow and straight edge to say christian and Muslims hate Jews, because not all Christians hate Jews. I don't know who told you that but it's not a true. First of all a christian, if they really are a christian is to suppose to love their neighbor not hate and that's also a command to do that which is in the 10 commandments. If you hear someone calling themselves a Christan or a Muslim and say they hate Jews they are no type of Christians. Second of all the word Christian means christ-like(acting the way Jesus did which was in love) and you know you can tell those who are acting in love to not acting in love. I know we are all imperfect and make plenty of mistake everyday but nobody under no circumstance should not hate anyone. And if there is no love in any persons heart the love of our heavenly father is not in them because God is love. God is not hate. And if ever a supposed to be christian says they hate a Jew they need to pray about their heart and ask God to change their ways. But no honey. Christians don't hate Jews and we are not suppose to. We are not suppose to hate anybody but love them. Regardless if some of our friends and family get on our nerves, we still love them.

ALL hate each other???? ALL?
That's the kind of generalisation that not only carries much untruth but is the source of much unnecessary conflict. Come on, let's be more realistic, is there any evidence that ALL Muslims, Jews and Christians are hating each other? Perhaps some do, but all?????? Also, we need to ask if the hatred they have is CONSISTENT with what their religious books teach. You don't judge a religion by the behaviour of their followers, but by what the religion itself teaches.

Hatred itself is philosophically problematic - whether nationalist, creedal, ethnic, race, class or any other. I do not agree that "Muslims, Jews and Christians all hate each other," but your assertion does point to a current and growing geopolitical problem: the threat of militant religious extremism.
