I don't know, he is walking around with a hispanic accent and driving expensive cars somewhere in Cali. Maybe you can find him and ask.

What are you saying?
I guess President Bush truly believes that "The meek shall inherit the Earth." (Jesus)
This idea works when you are dealing with civilized people.
President Bush recently said on the news he wants to "keep the expectations low." This is most unfortunate. Our President had a chance to make a good impression with the people of Iraq. These people respect force. They have no respect for being weak. The leaders of our military didn't allow our troops to do their job best.
Actually, I think our government tied the hands of our soldiers and didn't let them do the real "shock and awe" they were capable of doing. Had we put the fear of God into the Iraqi people, we wouldn't have half the problems we are having we insurgents/terrorists blowing up everything. They are the ones destroying everything. Our military barely flexed its muscle.

Actually, there's some disturbing evidence that Bush and others see biblical prophecy being fulfilled in the Middle East by these actions and, therefore, perceive a divine mandate. I thought it was just some silly, over-the-top leftist conspiracy rant but there's more and more evidence that a mixture of neoconservative PNAC philosophy and fundamentalist Apocalyptic thinking is there. Scary stuff.

Unlikely. Unless he admits in the public that Jesus talked to him about destroying Iraq then the likelihood is he might be suffering from schizophrenia.

As far as I recall, he didn't really have permission from anyone -- certainly not the U.N. But Dubya doesn't give a sh!t what other people want (or what evidence supports, etc), so...who cares, I guess?

What you have just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent question did you approach anything even close to a question. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having heard it. You are awarded no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

I think it all depends on whether or not you believe in Jesus as our Savior. If you do, then you probably believe in the Divine Plan (in that everything that we do and happens was planned to be), and therefore I suppose the roundabout answer is "Yes"
I'm gonna give it a whole-hearted "NO", however...but that's my point of view.

no. Jesus gives none of us permission to destroy another land. "as much as it is in you, live at peace with you fellow man"
