Yes! Contact Brigham Young Univ. They have a really good curriculum, and you may take courses on your own time. I recommend it very highly.

Taking an entire year over the summer would be a lot of work, but it can be done if you are motivated to do it. Most hs curriculae are designed for aprrox. 40 weeks, but again, if you WANT to, and you have that type of discipline, you can do it. Any curriculum will do, there are tons out there to choose from. I do not know the requirements in your area, so first check with your state for requirements, then google around for a curriculum that fits your needs and your family's budget, then go for it.
That's the cool thing about HS, you are not bound by a calendar, you can take your classes whenever you want. Well, at least that's how it is in my state. I have to remember that requirements vary from state to state, and some places are very strict. Just make sure you are within the guidelines for the area you live.

BYU is good. Also, NDIS, UNL, U of Missouri...
But there is a glitch in your plan. A heavy, but reasonable load for a summer would be 3-5 classes (1.5 to 2.5 credits). More than that, and you are setting yourself up for failure. But that is about half (or less) of what you would normally take in your tenth grade school year.
Instead, start taking an extra class now. Finish it and start another. If you do four (1/2 credit each) classes over the course of the year, and four more in the summer, you will have a good portion of what would be taken your tenth grade year. You can pick up a few extra credits and be ready to graduate early.
