hey, i'm a 17 year old male who used to be reeeally fit until this summer... since the begining of this summer i have piled on 62+lbs. due to lack of exercise, binge eating, eating sugary foods & other issues such as my "urge to gain weight" which means i enjoy myself overweight & plan on continuing to gain weight...
yet i have noticed in the past month or so i have started getting chest pains. like when i climb stairs, eat ALOT or sometimes no apparent reason...
i mean my parents & doctors say i MUST lose weight, watch what i eat & work out!but i'm like screw that!! so can anybody help me with this??
my current stats are 5'10 222lbs. up from 155ish a few months ago! i also have a big bulging belly @ 46 inches which looks like it's pregnant/pumpkin which i find quite amusing. i also have huge thighs which are covered in stretch marks & rub together are an utter pain AND also man boobs "moobs" which are slightly unsightly but w/e keep in mind i was inshape a few months ago...

You may be hypoglycemic. That is how I gained my weight without trying. As I never wanted to be big, I always watched what I ate, and exercised.
Check out www.hufa.org, especially the symptoms link and see what symptoms you may get in the future, beside the big thighs and "moobs". Diabetes and insulin injections may be your future too, if you keep up with eating everything that sounds good. The brain does not need as much sugar and junk food as it asks for. Feel free to e-mail me if you have questions.

Yes it is completely unhealthy to gain weight like that. Get rid of the junk food and go for a walk.

I dont see how this could possibly be healty for you. You could always gain muscle mass, rather than fat. I think that you're going to regret all of this in the future.
