be kind to her and ask her out,, take her to her favorite restaurant even though you hated that restaurant just do that so she would have a good time with the food and if anything went wrong with the restaurant its her to blame because she picked the place at the first place and then after the restaurant ask her what else would she wanna do and then take her home after all the fun!and suddenly kiss her upon her cheek and make sure she enters her house safe and soundly.!

Yes ask her out! Step up and be a man! As a girl I know that I didn't feel like it was my place to ask my now husband out and I almost lost him even though we were really into eachother. Don't let that happen!
