Only if you know the state and county the violation might have occurred. Most county civil courts have websites, but many of then don't allow total access (i.e. court documents) on the web, since there might be too much personal info getting revealed. The Freedom of Information Act allows people to access public records, but that usually means actually going to the courthouse and looking up the paper records yourself. There is no big database of driving records available to the public, or at least, there had better not be!

Yes, actually. Most states put up court records on the internet. You'll need to google around a bit to find it but it's probably out there.

And folks, crimminal records are PUBLIC records! You have NO right of privacy on that front! DUI is a crimminal conviction, not a moving violation!

Check out your county or city government web site. Some local governments list all data from it's local courts, including driving infractions and DUIs.

Hi,

All criminal records are public records. However, many places do their best to make it as hard as possible for you to obtain them.

As you probably know, there are many sites that will SELL you just about any info that you want about anyone.

But, there is one site that I know of - havn't used, but it does offer FREE on line, do-it-yourself searches on background checks, criminal records, locate people, etc... here's a link to it if you want to try. Can't hurt I guess:

Good luck to you.

I don't think so,
