I can't find him ANYWHERE!!!! I asked Ben and Eileen Dover and they haven't seen him in awhile, either. And I asked Wayne Knoff and his brother Jack and they saw him coming out of a Hooters in Abeline about 6 months ago.
He is a short, stalky gut with a mullet. He is often unkempt and accompanied by a dog named Sparticus.

Yup. He was napping in the park on a bench with a half eaten cheeseburger under an umbrella with a hole in it in the middle of a thunderstorm. Sparticus was humping a tree trunk.
