How can I tell if he regrets letting me go and wants me back? I mean, he's asking me when we can meet, but does he want me back or is he wanting friendship?

I wouldn't meet, I would let it go ... if he dumped you than it's his loss!!! Find someone better ...

Pretend you had a new bf, and see what he will do or how he act. If he act there are nothing maybe he don't like you anymore, or if he act wired, he still like you. Try to watch close.

He may or may not want you back, Never can tell w/ guys. But I'm sure that he thinks that someone else likes you and he dosen't want you to be w/ someone else...
