Find a way to avoid putting yourself in a situation where u know your going to eat it.

Try buying smaller portions of lowfat yogurt instead. This way if you do end up eating it all it's healthier and there is less to eat overall. Also try not buying it except once a week and only one package- out of sight, out of mind is a good proverb when dieting or just changing eating habits.

Try to put some fish in it and eat it. Remember the taste next time you reach for ice cream.

The best thing to do is to not buy it at all. If you have to have it then go for the lower fat ones and buy in smaller amounts.
