It used a pork tenderloin sliced partway through, stuffed with sauerkraut and perhaps some seasonings, brushed with Russian or Thousand Island dressing (I forget which), tied up, rolled in bread crumbs, and (obviously) roasted. It made a wonderful-tasting tender, juicy roast.

Sounds like you got a good hand on it just as you described.
I would toast up some russian rye bread and then put in food processor to make the bread crumbs. The seasoning should be salt, pepper, rosemary and minced garlic.
Maybe spread some dijon mustard on the tied up roast for the bread crumbs to adhere to the pork.
I think I'll experiment with this myself as I'm a big Reuben sandwich fan.

Sorry I don't have that one but I'm going to tell you the easiest peanut butter cookie recipe ever... one cup peanut butter, one cup brown sugar and one egg...That's it, no flour or anything else. They're delicious
