This is a follow up to my prior question. please read my additonal comments.
First of all, hw dare any question another's faith? I won't even touch that. Secondly, I am sure alot of you people are speaking out of both sides of your motuhs...So many Christians condemn gays for their actions or teenage mothers for having an abortion... I ask you this, how many eople in your church or synagouge are on their second marriage...how many of your children are disrespectful to parents...how many of you give your time to help the poor and widows?? You sit back and cast judgemnt on those who have not been blessed to know god as you do...you think you are really worthy of his grace.. Have you forgotten the wood plank sticking out of your eye?? You generation of vipers...we should all fall on our faces and beg for God's frogiveness. What I was simply stating in my last post, is this. should we ot show compassion on those who have sin in their lives the same way God has shown his grace 2 us?

You are right-noone can make judgements like that but God himself. I don't know what your first question was or why you seem so angry, but the thing you said about thinking we are worthy of his grace is deadon. I mean, noone in this earth is worthy of his grace, and we should all be grateful every day of our lives for what he has done for us. Many christians forget this, and get too busy with "religion" and acting all "religious", but I try not to do that. I have had the same experiences as you say, and I was very put off by it. But I also learned that what they do doesn't really matter to me anyways. Imean, I am living my life for God, and all I can do is my best, not worry about trying to fix anyone else. Does this make sense? As for the compassion part, well, Jesus was the one who sat with the sinners and defended the worst of the worst. That is what we all should be doing as christians, loving the so-called "unlovables". I used to be an "unlovable" but now I am a changed person. I am loved forever by God, and I try to show that love to others. that is what we are here for, really. Ok, I will shut up now, not trying to be preachy, just speak from the heart and tell what I know in my own personal life to be true.

This is great---you are speaking right out of my heart!!!1 Who said that I had to go to church to be accepted by God? And yes, how many in these congregations have multiple marriages, children by more than one man----yes, yes, yes--you are right. I cannot stand the hipocrytes who cry "pro-life", who want to tell a teen that she cannot abort---and then the same hippocryte is huffing and puffing about teens being on welfare and no goods---all those double standards.

And isn't it like this that God is love? So how come the very same people can cast a judgement on other races like they did in the past(and still do to a lesser degree?). God is forgiveness, so how come the government can play God by instituting the death penalty? So yes, whoever you are, you are speaking straight out of my heart and I do not even think that you should have to apologize for this country has it in the constitution: freedom of speech!!!!!!!!

When it comes to God and religion, I find it best to seperate religion strictly from God and then build my own relationship with God for all the abuse that had gone on in the name of God.....Anyone who huffs and puffs at you should take a real close look into the mirror and ask themselves if that is how he/she was taught to be>

God is love, God is forgiveness, God is compassion. We shall not bypass those who are in need, even if it is their own fault---we shall not turn our backs on drug-alcohol-sex addict, we shall not turn our backs on other races, for we all are brothers and sisters who have only one Father, and that one is God.

yes we should! We have to understand that we were in that same spot in our lives before we meet Christ in all of our mess! God shows us Grace but we don't give that back to the others out there that need help! We have to remember the reason each of us is here. Were supposed to help each other but we don't! The thing is we don't see and we have become high and mighty and don''t remember how it is or how it feels! I love your question!
