That's averaging 5:22 per mile. Very doable with training.

That is definitely possible, but to reiterate what others have said you must be in excellent physical condition. Start off by running lightly each day, since that is the sort of aerobic exercise that can be done daily. Start and end each run with a light stretch and make sure to stretch out every muscle. During your first few days you will undoubtedly suffer from shin splits, which are pains which essentially run up and down your shin so that it feels a bit tight right down the middle. It's not a bad feeling at all, so don't get scared of just that!
As for working your way up to being able to do two just over five minute miles in a row? Well...it'll take time. It will NOT happen overnight and you will HAVE to push yourself. This means that just because your lungs feel ready to burst that you do NOT stop! Now don't hurt yourself, so work your way up to this point. It's okay to take a day off every so often, and 5 out of 7 days a week is a perfectly wonderful number of days to run each week. Remember, just run for 15-20 minutes if that is all the time that you have. It does NOT have to take 30 minutes a day! Over time you'll notice your speed and endurance increase, and eventually you'll get there!

Yep, but you have to be quick 5 min 22 sec miles. You have to really condition and do sprints and fartleks (I know weird name, look it up). I know I can't run that fast for that long (my fastest is 8 min mile), but I'm 40 and just started running 5 years ago. You'll want to run 2 or 3 min a day too to help your conditioning.

Yes it is possible, but that is a difficult time to make for two miles. It would take some serious training if you are not already in good shape, and knowledgeable about running.

I think it could be. Depends on one's ability to run one mile in under ten minutes.
