Yes it is normal, you have a fast metabolism, just like me when i was your age. I used to think my arms and thighs could be thinner, but just work them out by running, or walking 1+ miles a day and doing lunges everyday. Don't worry about it, but if you still feel self concious and worried, then see a doctor. Your thighs don't need to be thinner, just put that little extra fat into muscle, and you'll look good. If you lose alot of weight constantly, you need to see a doctor. But your healthy and i'm sure you are an amazing athlete as well, so use it too your advantage.

Well I'm 5'3 and my doc says the weight range for my height is 115-140. So I'm gonna say that in all honesty you should have more weight than that. However weight is not the best measurement for health, bmi would be a good assessment as well as an annual physical by your doctor. Weight is only a number, it is not who you are and it's not what determines how healthy you are, your lifestyle (eating, exercise, sleep, stress etc...) are what determine the majority of your health.

you sound underweight. I'm 5'-4" also and would look awful if I weighed only 95 pounds! I need to lose weight and would love to weigh 120. So, you are fine and could stand a few more pounds.

You need to try to gain some weight. A healthy weight range for a female age 15-19 years old at your height is around 123 lbs. You don't need to be that light and definitely don't need to lose any more. You may want to talk to your parents and your pediatrician about this.

At 5'4" your rather weight could be between a hundred-one hundred ten pds. At that weight you will possibly have a BMI of nineteen and that's the backside on the dimensions. Any smaller and you do not even sign up on the BMI scale. in case you gained 5 pds, you would be high-quality and not purely fat. you could income 5 pds in muscle, it would be greater healthy.

Are you kidding? I'm 5'4, and I usually weigh 110. People are constantly accusing me of being anorexic. My optimal weight is about 120, and I bounce between 110 and 117. Sounds like you actually are anorexic! Your weight is very dangerous! You need to gain to AT LEAST 110.

If you're a girl, I'd say that 95 is a little light. Just stay where you are for now. As you get taller and older, you should expect to gain weight.

I would recommend seeing your family physician and having a complete physical including a complete blood work-up. I am sure your genetic make-up may come into play. Are you like other family members in build and weight? If not then in my opinion you may be a little underweight.
