Well I've heard that jump rope is a good kind of workout, but i just suck at it!
How can I improve?

well the only thing you can do is keep practicing jumping rope is not easy even though it looks like it keep trying and you will get better

practice, theres really no easy way around it, ps....if ur like me u might want to wear body armour, i seam to hit myself more with the rope than I do actually jumping over it! Also practice with a friend, it makes it more fun
