I am a cheerleader and im really outgoing around my friends but when im around a cute guy i like then i become really shy. do any guys think being shy is attractive. I do flirt some to like smile and say hi and im nice to all boys but its hard for me to really open up. Its takes time i guess...for me.

some do some don't. I am still shy, I've gotten better, but still shy and I get told that it looks innocent to them. It just depends on the guy, some think of it as a puzzle they have to put together, others don't like to guess.
Trust me even being shy, you can definatly still meet people.

Some of the best ones are the most shy. It just depends on what kind of guy you're talking about. I personally don't really like shy girls that much, but not becaus they're shy, it's because I can never tell if they are just being quiet so I will shut up and go away. But plain and simple: It just takes a certain type of guy, and by no way are they hard to find.

I like shy? I believe they are nicer and usually more intelligent as well, and more sensitive to the needs of other as well....
it is hard for me to believe that you are shy and you are a cheerleader.
I'd have to sit on the floor cross legged and think for a while before I could understand that.
OK, I have a belief now...
you want attention that is public and trivial
(that's why you're a cheerleader)
[this is attention you can NOT become hurt by]
but you don't want(and are shy around)
attention that is serious and meaningful like with a cute guy...
(a potential boy friend and lifetime bonding pair person)
[this attention you CAN become hurt by]
otherwise you are

It varies. Some guys need an outgoing woman in their lives to get anywhere. Other guys welcome the inherent challenge presented by shy girls.
