Everyone has choices..both men & women!
Women do leave longer than most men do. (fact by a survey/research) cause women handle stress better than men..
Women goes thru many, like carrying a baby for 9 month, having to give birth, and the aftermath of it all... A womens body has alot of immunity to bare all that pain...Yes! men do have responsibilites, So does a women. To my point of this...it's not a man's world, ok maybe before(caveman years)...But you all must remember...Every succesful MAN, BESIDES him is a GOOD women!!! ( Mother,wife,sister,even GF)!!!! Think about it!

well women have responsibilities also but not as many as men do so i think that it is more of a womans world than a mans world men seem to be more trapped here than anything while us women pretty much got free reign wherever we want it used to be a mans world but now it seems that more women are taking it over lol

hell no. Women have just as many responsibilities as guys go. They have to work, go to school, make a living etc just like a man. We don't all just sit around waiting for "The Man" to bring home the bacon. It's not 1950 you know.
EVERYONE has choices. EVERYTHING we do is a choice. No one makes you do anything. You do it yourself. Women work their butts off to do things so they don't have to be viewed as a gold digger or helpless female.

No not really, we sometimes are forced to do what we must. We want to support our children, then guess what? We die at work doing over time so the kids can eat.
