In a large pan brown ground turkey with Olive oil, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper then set aside in a bowl covered with a plate on top.
Then saute thick slices of onion, large chopped zucchini in olive oil, salt and pepper.
Add 1 large can of diced tomatoes to the veggies and then white wine to simmer and pick up the brown bits at the bottom of the pan. Season with thyme, sage or just italian seasoning.
Then add the cooked turkey and frozen peas to the veggies and simmer in covered pan for 10 more minutes.
Serve with rice and steamed broccoli or potatoes and corn.
