Does licencing authorities in Nebraska requires a license to work as Arhitectural drafter within that state?

U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services want verification from approriate licensing authorities in Nebraska that the positon of archt`l. Drafter does not require a license to work within the state before they approve my H-1B petition.
