Ok, my cousin is really being a pain in the butt, I dont know what to do about it! He is spoiled rotten so his pareants dont care, and he is posted stuff about me on his myspace, and none of it is true, and I just dont know what to do! Isn't against the law to put lies about people on the internet or something. I just dont know what to do! He is getting on my nerves, and he is fussing at me over stupid stuff! He is actling like a 5year old! Well, if you have any sugestions, let me know!

Contact myspace and let them know about his site - they might be able to help you. The other thing to do is tell your parents what he has done maybe they can influence his parents.

Wow. I'd avoid contact with him, report his lies to myspace and see if they can shut his account off. Also check with your local police detectives or the FBI on what the laws are regarding lying about some one online. Unfortunately no one country controls the internet and with the First Ammendment rights of our USA constitution in place well good luck there. Too many abusers of that freedom of speech and expression crap. Gotta put some limits on it.

You got two choices here.
One, get over it when you realize that half the people that read the stuff you will never even meet, and the people that read it who matter you can tell the truth to, or...
Fuss and moan and cry and complain and start spreading lies about him too.
The first one works, the second one will just drive away your friends.
Take your pick.

If you don't have to live with him, I would simply ignore the situation. WHere are your parents in all of this? Have they seen the myspace alleged lies?

Ha, you could sue him for slander or libel! Slander / libel is the spreading of lies to ruin one's reputation. Like a rumor.

If he but stuff about you, you can do all the samething he had did to you and you can't play some trick on him. Like saying that he had a gf to his parent or brake something and said he did it.

beat him up then if that dont work throw his stuff away and people have probably told you "just ignore him he will stop if he dont think he is makeing you mad" WRONG that will only make him try harder
