what is the best way to not be hungry? and i dont want eat something....I mean like what can I eat that will keep me hungry for a long time...

NINE TIMES OUT OF TEN WHEN WE FEEL HUNFRY WE ARE REALLY THIRSTY. DRINK A GLASS OF WATER FIRST. THIS WILL FILL YOU UP. IF AFTER 20 MINUTES OR SO YOU ARE STILL HUNGRY EAT. BUT JUST EAT UNTIL YOU ARE NO LONGER HUNGRY. HAD A NUTRITIONIST TELL ME THIS.....BEST ADVICE I EVER RECEIVED ABOUT DIET.

First, I disagree with Zach's reaction. i'm able to eat a meal devoid of having stains on my clothing etc. As on your question, I also have a great style of ideas and unsure the place to start.
