In my opinion, it's Ricky Hatton, a couple of years ago I would have said "Trinidad". Judah, Tarver, Vargas and Ruiz are done they are so far at the end of their careers they don't even know it. Ricky is the one that the English are trying to buildup. He was doing well in England with all the help from hand picked referees (Kostas fight) but he made the biggest mistake of his career, he came to the United States and looked awful in doing so. He's the most one dimensional fighter out there today. I must admit I like to watch him fight, he throws a lot of punches but other than that very ordinary. He's moved up in weight and any of the top ten will beat him in new division. Thanks for the great question Sanjoman15.

I don't like that Russian Valuev. I have never seen him fight and I think his record is suspect. He has never fought in N. America and never face a real fighter.
A lot of people put Ruiz but he always sucked and was never considered a good fighter. Beating Ruiz is not a great feat.
I think Valuev is just a freak show in a sad Heavy division.

John Ruiz. the laziest fighter in the world. so many clinches and puts up the worst show. i'm happy he lost to the 7 foot 44-0 russian or something like that.

Fernando Vargas - he's got a big mouth and a glass jaw - he fooled all of us for several years until he actually fought the cream of the crop (De La Hoya, Mosely, Trinidad). - he's a poser with a big mouth, but the joke's on us, he's rich from being mediocre
