Also does anyone know what organization to contact, to collect those can tops and donate?

pull tabs. Yes, there are several organizations that collect them. The American Legion and D.A.V. (Disabled American Veterans) collects them in my area. The American Legion collects the for the Ronald McDonald house and the D.A.V. says they go to get a child a cancer treatment. Both good causes. The other service organizations that you can check with is the Eagles Lodge and the Elks Lodge. There are probably others as well. Check around. Thanks for your interest and help.

We call them tabs...and here in massachusetts Shriners Hospital in Springfield Ma, and i believe the ronald mcdonald house may collect them also but i am unsure of that...but shriners hospital collects them and recycles them to make crutches,etc etc... my childrens school actually does a year long drive collecting them....so maybe try contacting your local schools seeing if they run a drive if you cant find a local organization

the tab....i was under the impression Easter Seals collected those, i think they use them to make new wheel chairs????

maybe they trade in the tabs for money at a recycle depot, you can do it with the cans why not the tabs?

tabs and the firemen know the burn centers supposedly get money for the tabs but the firemen collect the whole can for the cash for the kids
