i breed golden retrievers and i make my own packs:
pack includes:
dog bowl
toy
chews
food(dry&wet)
collar
leash
information on potty training
doing this will save you money and time just get the things after the pups are born so you know how many of the things you need.

Try to see if Nutro has a puppy pack. Nutro has no chicken by products and no ground yellow corn. It's a holistic food that has a frequent buyer program that you can tell your customers about. If they go on the website, they will get coupons as well as a card to bring to their local petstore (excluding PetsMart and PetCo). Every 10th bag they buy, they get the 11th free. For a bag of food that is almost 20 lbs., I pay $17. It is also a food that guarantees improved skin and coat. This is the only food that helped my dog get her full coat of fur back after a bout with demodectic mange for a year and a half.

Iams. You can choose I ams packs or Eukanuba. Then add other things that you want to add. Good breeder program too for coupons on food.
