just went through this situation..
you can't have regrets. just keep telling yourself "don't regret anything"
and you gotta tell him exactly how you feel.. and if he doesn't feel the same way then you gotta give it some time.. it'll happen sooner or later.. if he's your best friend then he's gotta like something about you..
chances are he probably feels the same way about you as you feel about him
and if he stops talking to you cause he doesn't feel the same way.. its his loss. you deserve someone way better.

First things first ... if he is ur best friend then he wud never ditch ur friendship jus cause u tell him tht u like him more than a friend ... second of all he probably will have feelings for u as well since he is ur best friend ... and thirdly ... its better to try and know how its gonna be rather than thinking back years later and wondering wht wud have been ... ... the feeling u have for him cud ruin ur friendship if u dont tell him now and he starts to date someone else ... u will eventually start to hate anyone he dates for tht matter... u will find some flaw or the other with anyone he starts to date ...
And besides there is nothing great to know tht the person ur dating is someone who u have feelings for and tht same person is also ur best friend...

I was worried about the same thing. Just relax. It's best 2 tell him in person but u could also write him a note telling him how u feel about him and asking how he feels about that. Then just c how it goes from there. Don't worry about losing the friendship, I was too but If he's really your friend It eveything will be ok even if he doesn't like u back. I did this w/ my friend and now we're bf/gf. Good Luck!

Honey, that is simply a chance you take, but start flirt with him and see how he responds. Also, you might try asking around indirectly and see what he is saying about you.

Just tell him straight out. If he's really your friend he'll understand. Even if he doesn't want to start a relationship with you he'll still want to be your friend.
