i can't stop eating and i don't know what is wrong i just crave for food all the the time and i am not worried about getting fat what i am worried about is trying to lose the weight when i get fat cuz i am only 15 and i can't stop i need help how do i stay away from food and y is this happening i need help

You didn't really provide enough information - do you crave food because you are bored or maybe because you're depressed? Has something gone wrong in your life recently? Sometimes people will substitute food for other things they are lacking in their lives and that could include you. Try substituting eating with drinking more water - you'll still feel full, but it won't make you fat and is actually good for you. And your cravings can sometimes point to something that is lacking in your diet as well, such as if you crave pickles, bacon or butter you might just want the salt in them. I crave chocolate and I try to get it through low fat puddings, or other things besides candy to satisfy my appetite. If you are hungry because you are exerting yourself, then that's your body asking to be replenished, so check with your doctor to see what your daily intake of calories should be to maintain your ideal weight. hi sorry i dont remember the name of the chemical but if you visit the doctor he/she will tell you, apparently after you eat a meal the chemical is released and a signal is sent to the brain stating youve just eaten and this prevents you from not wanting more food, if you dont intend visiting the doctor try making a healthy meal and divide it into two small portions, that way yoy have only eaten one meal but at two seperate intervals,or just have healthy munchies at hand carrot stiks, sliced apple, celery whatever you choose you might get fed up of eating it and dont forget to take walk or swim regullarly that way youre burning off the extra calories and keeping your body toned. hope this helps.

you are probably addicted to carbs and you dont know it. When i went on the atkins diet i had to give the carbs up for 2 weeks and then gradually add them abck to my diet and my cravings stopped.
I say just try to detox yourself, its the carbs that you are addicted to.

whenever you get a craving you should drink a glass of water really quick or chew on a piece of gum.
