I joined the military, I have made more progress in life in the past 5 years than I thought I would in 20! If i had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change anything!

I think it was my Dad dying when I was very young. I grew up without having that "daddy" relationship with anyone and not getting to be anyone's "daddy's girl." I ended up with a step-dad and he formed that relationship with my sister but always kept me at arms length and some of the time didn't even seem to like me at all, in fact he still doesn't seem to like me. I think that's affected who I became and not in a good way. I'm in my thirties and I still wish I had a Daddy to be close to.

My parents got divorced when I was five and they both got remarried. The influence of my step father and step mother have changed me forever and I constantly wonder how I would have turned out if my parents stayed together.

One day my sister and I were driving to work and we saw dead animal after dead animal on the road. Mostly raccoons, including an entire family. It reinforced my hatred for the human race.
