Your best bet is to call your doc. Explain that her gums bleed everytime you brush them and ask their advice on a way to prevent that.
or..
You can try using a soft bristle toothbrush or a baby toothbrush which is really soft.

will according what i have read..they must have given you medication so the gum heal fast in 3 weeks and some antibiotics>> for protection from infection.... will i advice you to use cotton to clean at first then very soft brush and must be extremely careful while brushing...ask the doctor if it is o.k to take vitamin E for her and Vitamin C because one help to prevent scaring and other help to prevent bleeding of gum>>>although i don't know how old is your daughter>>>hope to ask her dentist because he or she know are medical history more than i do

brush them carefully and slowly with a soft bristle brush. if she can, have her swish warm salt water around in her mouth for a minute or so. salt helps gums heal.

use a baby toothbrush. They go onto your finger and have a soft scrubber on them. Just wear one and slide your finger around her mouth.
