TRY WEIGHTS, RUNNING. IT'S A LITTLE LATE, 5 DAYS, TO REALLY GET IN SHAPE. BUT IT DOESN'T HURT TO TRY.

Sorry You Can't But U can Do Some Stuff Run and stretch urslef so
u dont feel pain while trying out do splits and other stuff
