Umm usually no, too much aspirin can lead to GI bleed. So you should probably ease up on the stuff and if you must take aspirin take it with milk, so it coats the stomach lining and be less likely to lead to GI bleed.

Depending on your body's sensitivity to these chemicals, you more likely will develop constipation. Ibuprofen/advil is considered the "safest" of otc pain meds. Tylenol is the worst for doing liver damage. Aspirin thins your blood and you can bruise easily. None of these are recommended for prolonged use. You need to find out what is causing the problem and deal with that, rather than just treat symptoms as they come up. Natural health products are safer and don't have the side effects that drugs do.

YES it does following are some of side effect of aspirin which can occur.
Epigastric distress, nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, tinnitus, dizziness, dim vision, vertigo, confusion, occult blood loss in stool (enteric coated aspirin causes less blood loss). Allergic reactions range from urticaria, rhinitis, asthma or shock. Aspirin & Reye`s Syndrome: It is rarely seen in children and teenagers recovering from viral infections. It is manifested by liver damage and encephalopathy. Mortality rate is 20%-30%. Note: Buffered aspirin preparations are also available containing small amounts of antacids which decreases G.I. irritation and increases the dissolution and absorption rates of these preparations.

While I'm not sure it causes diarrhea, it does thin your blood considerably if taken in copious amounts. It's sometimes advised to take it if you're experiencing a heart attack to dissolve the blood clot impeding blood flow.

Too much aspirin can thin the blood, damage the stomach and the liver and cause death. Just depends how much you're taking.
