Where can I find strech grip collars for golf grips?

I have never heard of one, is this to help you put new grips on. The first few attempts to put grips on are tough, but once you get the hang of it, no problem. You have to make sure you get the tape on the end of the shaft right. Go to the Golf Works web site for more info. I have the link on by blog roll. I'm on the road using a new computer.
