Nope. That's a porkburger. The all beef hamburger is called a hamburger due to it's purported origin in or around Hamburg, Germany.

Hamburger is derived from the word Hamburgler. So a burger made from ham is still a hamburger.

no the Name Hamburger is derived from the City of hamburg and refers to a style of steak tartar made there, and this is a beef product but if it was from ham a pork product then it would be called something else...

We as american called the sandwhich "hamburger", because it came from Hamburg, Germany. Possibly german ancestors brought it over to america, and that's just how we identify the sandwhich.
