It gives me options to cascade them etc but i want to see them all individually on the windows toolbar.

Right click on the taskbar (the toolbar with the Start button)
Select Properties
Select the Taskbar tab
Uncheck "Group similar taskbar buttons"

right hand click on the TASKBAR (not toolbar) in an empty space where there are no programs or icons and goto properties.

Uncheck the box (or untick the box) that has Group similar taskbars buttons written beside it and click OK

Right click on your toolbar/taskbar ahd choose Properties. Uncheck the option that says, 'Group simillar taskbar buttons.'

You can only have max of 5 or 6 internet windows open at once after that it`s all grouped together. Try closing some of the unimportant windows and they will be side by side again

Right click on the tool bar,
unselect "group similar taskbar buttons"
thats it
