I used to be really involved in church and I prayed and read my Bible all the time, but over the last year or so, I became much less faithful. About a year ago, I was an intern in a senate office and I applied for a permanent position. This was my dream job, and I prayed and prayed and I didn't get it. I was so devastated and I thought that I could never find a job that I liked so much as this one or that I'd ever have a chance at working in the senate.

I felt depressed from this experience and some other things I went through, so for the last six months or so, I haven't been praying or reading my Bible or going to church. But the amazing thing is that God decided to bless me with a senate job that was even better than the one I'd wanted before.

I feel like I thought I had no hope, but the Devil is a liar, and God brought me through the fire to see my dream come true. It's amazing because even after I lost faith in Him, He didn't lose faith in me. Has this happened to you?

I'm going to start going to church again and start being more faithful because it finally hit me what an awesome God He is. I feel so bad that I ever doubted Him.

Yes, I go through things like that, everyone does whether they think they do or not. I am happy that you put your faith back in God again. Never let the devil get to you like that again because he is just trying to find ways to destroy you. Always, always keep your trust and faith in God o.k.
Stay With God,
Love Ya Much

astonishing question. Why? anybody will be examined through god, to ensure how good their faith will carry. This individual prays, fasts, does this, does that, helps others. yet what if a disaster handed off to him? How would he react? would he cut back over and blame god, and say that he has executed this and that, and god didnt do something? or Will he praise the lord, ask forgiveness, and thank him for all the best that God has presented to him in his existence. those are the tests that "Muslims" flow less than through god. Any disaster is seen a try from god. How would you react? would you retain your faith good? or would you ruin down? . those are the tests that ensure mans faith of god. as well. we can all die. and anybody has their time. And their is not any replacing destiny. God will in no way try someone understanding that he "Cant" bypass that try. The extra religious and truthful, he's the further ideal try is given.

Only all the time. Even Paul went through this. If you read Romans, he talks about doing what he does not want to do and not doing what he should do. Daniel, of whom nothing could be found against, wept when he realized he too was a sinner. We have all fallen short of the glory of God, so don't beat yourself up over losing faith. Ask repentance and remember that God loves you.

hopefully they will sing this song when you are in church:
1.
You shall cross the barren desert,
but you shall not die of thirst.
You shall wander far in safety
though you do not know the way.
You shall speak your words in foreign lands
and all will understand.
You shall see the face of God and live.

Refrain:
Be not afraid.
I go before you always.
Come follow me,
and I will give you rest.

2.
If you pass through raging waters
in the sea, you shall not drown.
If you walk amid the burning flames,
you shall not be harmed.
If you stand before the pow'r of hell
and death is at your side,
know that I am with you through it all.

3.
Blessed are your poor,
for the kingdom shall be theirs.
Blest are you that weep and mourn,
for one day you shall laugh.
And if wicked men insult and hate you all because of Me,
blessed, blessed are you!

God bless you always!
