I am guessing that you have to take away a letter from the actual word 'below' - but then it depends where in the world you are and what different words are used for a chair.
belo
blow
elow???????????????????????????????????????
If you take away a letter from 'below' then you are still left with HCAIR which is still chair, even if muddled.

This is confusing. I think you are supposed to take any letter from BELOW in your question and you will still have A CHAIR in your question. It can't be HCAIR since that is not A CHAIR. If I am wrong please let me know the answer. Thanks

You just said to take away a number, you never said we couldn't put it back. So I would take away the c and put it back at the front. And whala you have a chair.
