A slower speed limit could be more dangerous. But really, who does the speed limit anyways?

It probably would be more dangerous, because only about one person in a thousand seems to believe that the speed limit actually includes THEM!!!!

It would be more dangerous, because of road rage. More people would be going slower than before, giving them more time to think about why they hate people slowing them down.
