If a girl came up to you that you didn't know and instoduced herself and said hi and how are you and such, would you be weirded out of flattered? How would you react

I would probably be taken off guard at first, but not weirded out. Once I got over the initial surprise, I’d be really flattered. I gotta get myself in a situation where that would happen.

Well basically this is common courtesy, I would not be weirded out, possibly flattered, but I would surely smile and do the same thing. Introduce myself, and start a conversation....Its called being friendly.

It's alright for a girl to make the first move. If some guy gets weirded out by your actions, he's probably got some complex and you wouldn't want to be around him anyway.

depends on the manner.. usually flattered, yet questioning - do so in a way that doesnt scream slut, and it's awesome ;P can make someone's day if you make a enough smile/r cheerful enough
ppl like to be appreciated, you know :)
some ppl are just paranoid/whatnot - dont take it personally.
there's 6or 7 billion ppl in the world.
