I have read that when your tryin to lose weight you should drink Ice Water....For each 8oz glass of ice water you drink it burns 70 calories, because your body has to work harder to keep your temperature up to its norm.

absolutely not!!! When dieting, you should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. This can be right out of the faucet, or ice cold, it makes no difference. It also helps you to feel full longer. Many times we eat because we think we're hungry, but we're only thirsty

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

No, actually it'll take calories for your body to warm the liquid up to body temperature. Also drinking water helps eliminate wastes and clear out poisons. Drinking water is good for you before, during and after exercise...it might help curb hunger for awhile till your next meal.

No, your body burns calories when it has to raise the temperature of ice water to your body temperature. And unless your urine is coming out ice cold, your body must be raising the temperature of the water. So calories are being burned.
