No. Water isn't alcoholic. You can drink alot of water and feel sick though.

No, but it is possible to maintain a drunk for a period of time after you have been drinking a lot by drinking water.

You don't actually get drunk, but you can get the same effect from drinking to much water. Drinking too much water depletes the electrolytes in your body and that's what gives you a hangover feeling.

No, there is a certain substance in alcohol which flows through the blood in your body and affects the way your brain works(makes you drunk) since blood travels to your brain. Water does not have that effect. The most would just be a stomacache.

Water intoxication is not the same as intoxication due to consuming alcoholic drinks, but it's a dangerous condition..

Though you cant get "drunk", your body can go into a sort of shock that would mimic drunk-like symtoms.

yes but u have to drink like 9 gallons of water, and it is very, very dangerous, it dilutes your bodies cells so much u feel intoxicated, DO NOT TRY THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
